Nowadays, we can see an overvaluation of knowledge in the organizational sphere. This has led to the adoption of information systems as a mechanism to mediate the process of building knowledge in organizations, so that they are seen as an element that fosters learning. This book considers the factors inherent in the learning process, as well as the current organizational logic.
