The present work describes the synthesis of Pure BiFeO3, Zn doped BiFeO3, Ni doped BiFeO3 and Zn-Ni incorporated BiFeO3 nanoceramics. These samples were prepared by a cost effective novel solution combustion method (SCM). The performances of these samples were examined by using different measurements such as ferroelectric, magnetic and dielectric measurements. The magnetic measurements were performed at 300K and at 5K. At 5K the samples exhibits a super-paramagnetic nature. These samples were characterized by X-ray diffraction (XRD) for phase and crystal structure identification, the surface morphology by Scanning electron microscope (SEM), Raman and Mossbauer measurements. The dielectric measurement exhibits an anomaly at different temperatures which corresponds to antiferromagnetic to paramagnetic phase transformation in the materials. This evidence that, for bismuth ferrite, this anomaly manifests a possible coupling between electric and magnetic dipoles of BiFeO3.
