Infinite Real Estate ROI: The "Silver Bullet" Method of Real Estate Investing to Control Over $10 Million Worth of Real Estate With No Ca$h, No Credit and No Partners

Welcome, my name is John A. McCabe and I’m going to take you on a journey on how you can control over $10 Million in real estate even if you have No Cash, No Credit, No JV Partners and suffer from anxiety at just the thought of cold calling a home owner. Now I realize that is a big and bold claim, and I want you to be skeptical. Having said that, I can promise that when you spend some time with this book and the companion videos, you’ll see just how easy it can be to build a successful real estate investing business where you control and make money on other people’s homes. Since 2009 I’ve been building, tweaking and perfecting a system for my own personal Real Estate Investing business that generates my business an abundance of leads and opportunities of homeowners wanting my company to take over their home. This allows me to make a great deal of money in the process. In this book, I’m about to give you the #1 secret – something that really is the “SILVER BULLET, “SECRET FORMULA” and “MAGIC BUTTON” that can dramatically change your life and multiply the value of your real estate business. Think about this, if you had an unlimited supply of leads and opportunities that all had the potential to be worth $40,000-$60,000 each how would that change your life? With the content in this book and the videos, you can be earning a 6-figure income in your first year and be controlling Millions of Dollars of Real Estate. Even if you are lazy, slightly introverted, flat broke, no cash, no credit or potential JV partners, you will have the knowledge you need to make things happen. If you’ve been seeking and searching for years for the ANSWER or the SECRET that can literally turn around your personal and Real Estate Investing Business, you’ve found it. Maybe you want to be able to quit your job soon but need to generate enough income to make that a reality. You want to create a business that is going to generate you wealth so you can live the life you’ve dreamed for yourself. One where you don’t have to worry about money, where your families are taken care of, one of travel and quality time with your family. Most people are drawn into the world or Real Estate Investing by attending a seminar where they show you how easy it is to make money in this business. Maybe that is just how you entered into the industry; I know that’s how I got involved. The real estate investing seminar business is huge and get’s a lot of people to spend money on courses and training with the promise that you can do this too. Well, unfortunately only 2-3% of the people who attend those courses go on to actually do anything in real estate investing. You see my Real Estate Coach and Mentor, Ross Lightle, built and ran a company for 10 years that is now known as Rich Dad Education. He has seen thousands of people come and go and invest a lot of money on their education only to do nothing with it. Why? Because it can be hard and people are inherently lazy. The investing part itself isn’t hard, that is actually really easy. The hard part, and the biggest frustration almost every real estate investor has is finding leads and opportunities that they can convert to deals. Real Estate Seminars teach you how to structure and analyze deals, not how to generate leads in today’s environment. I first built this system when I was faced with true hardship, uncertainty and on the verge of financial ruin when I lost my consulting contract back in June 2009. It was a recession and I had put $40,000 on my credit cards to take some real estate investing courses just 3 months earlier. This book will focus on the 2 components I have used to build a successful Real Estate Investing company controlling over $10 Million in Real Estate and making a consistent 6-figure income.
