PRAISE FOR INDIAN TEACHINGS FOR LEADERSHIP DEVELOPMENT
“Indian Teachings for Leadership Development is a thoughtful and much-needed expansion of the global leadership conversation. Badri Bajaj thoughtfully brings Indian wisdom traditions into conversation with modern leadership practice, reminding us that leadership is as much about inner clarity and ethical grounding as it is about performance. This is a meaningful, accessible resource for leaders who want to broaden their perspective and lead with greater depth, balance, and responsibility.”
―DR. MARSHALL GOLDSMITH is the Thinkers50 #1 Executive Coach and New York Times bestselling author of The Earned Life, Triggers, and What Got You Here Won’t Get You There
“Indian Teachings for Leadership Development beautifully integrates the depth of Indian philosophical thought with modern leadership practice. Badri Bajaj presents timeless insights in an accessible and practical manner, reminding us that effective leadership begins with self-awareness, moral clarity, and a commitment to the greater good.”
―JAGDISH N. SHETH, Charles H. Kellstadt Professor of Business, Emory University, Padma Bhushan Awardee (2020)
“Rather than just chasing the next management trend, this book is a breath of fresh air―digging into thousands of years of Indian philosophy to offer perspectives that are quite relevant and practical. Even if you might think ancient texts are a bit ‘out there’, Bajaj takes these massive, ancient concepts and makes them feel both germane and actionable. It’s a masterclass in how the wisdom of the past can address many of today’s headaches.”
―BARRY Z. POSNER, Co-author, The Leadership Challenge
“At a time when leadership thinking is becoming increasingly global, it is valuable to explore ideas rooted in diverse intellectual traditions. Indian Teachings for Leadership Development offers thoughtful reflections on timeless wisdom and its relevance for leadership and coaching today.”
―STUART CRAINER, Cofounder, Thinkers50
“Indian Teachings for Leadership Development beautifully bridges ancient wisdom and modern concepts. Drawing from the teachings of India’s holy texts and its rich cultural traditions, the book presents valuable insights that foster self-awareness and thought leadership. Badri Bajaj translates these teachings into practical reflections for anyone aspiring to lead with clarity, compassion and courage.”
―DR. DIPAK C JAIN, President (Emeritus), China Europe International Business School and Professor of Marketing
“What is one of the many treasures of Indian wisdom in Dr. Bajaj’s book? Acting wholeheartedly from Dharma―a deeper purpose―while released from attachment to outcomes and personal reward, is transformative. We will feel kinship with the many Indian stories, refreshing our enthusiasm to lead.”
―MARGARET MOORE, MBA, Executive Coach, Founder & CEO, Wellcoaches Corporation, Co-Founder, Institute of Coaching
