An introduction into the use of the Indian club for exercise and fitness. Written by Edward Barrett Warman, an American psychologist and health expert who edited the column "The Care of the Body" for the Los Angeles Times. Nine pages of publisher's advertisements to the rear. In the original red illustrated paper binding. Externally, smart with light shelf wear and rubbing to the extremities. A small split to the front joint. Internally, firmly bound. Pages are very bright and clean with the odd light handling mark. Very Good.
