Self-confidence is an important element of success. No one can make you feel inferior without your consent! It is very crucial for an individual to explore and exploit his/her strengths while relying upon them. But beware, excessive confidence can lead to dogmatism, inflexibility and gradual downfall. Fair enough, official reports have shown that multiple schools of the world are now teaching self-confidence; universities are threatening to run courses in self-confidence and some have even offered degrees in the theory and practice of self-confidence.
