Implementing Security with AI in GCP is a detailed guide designed to help professionals harness the power of artificial intelligence within Google Cloud Platform (GCP) to strengthen cloud security. Tailored for security practitioners, it offers a thorough exploration of GCP’s security principles, AI-driven tools, and their practical applications.
The book is organized into three parts that progressively build advanced expertise in Google Cloud security. Part 1 lays the foundation by exploring GCP’s advanced security architecture, identity and access management, data protection, and key security services. It blends conceptual depth with hands-on exercises, ensuring readers master the essentials of designing secure and resilient cloud environments. Part 2 moves into real-world design and deployment, focusing on securing microservices, serverless applications, multi-tenant architectures, and infrastructure-as-code automation. Through practical labs and visual walkthroughs, readers learn to implement enterprise-grade security patterns. Part 3 emphasizes continuous improvement—covering AI-powered threat detection, compliance automation, DevSecOps integration, and strategies for adapting to evolving threats.
By combining theoretical principles, practical insights, and real-world case studies, Mastering GCP Security for Advanced Users provides a complete roadmap to architect, automate, and sustain secure environments in Google Cloud.
