Identifying and managing key internal and external elements influencing the performance of these teams and formulating and executing a consistent coordination system can engender the essential alignment amongst various human and organizational factors. In this study, these considerations are presented as an integrated coordination system, offering businesses and industries assistance in enhancing the performance of their virtual development teams.
