Impact Business Design is the playbook for next-generation business designers. The systemic-integral approach describes in 7 leverage categories how an organization currently describes itself and its environment (Today) and what it aims for (Tomorrow). Each leverage category includes a structured procedure model with instructions for implementation. A qualitative and quantitative viewing, at a glance and in detail is possible. The reader and user of the model can work both the holistic process and with individual modules - depending on the requirements and degree of maturity in the company. Working out the drive patterns and motifs on an organizational level allows a direct connection to the value systems of the people involved. This results in a wide range of development opportunities on an individual level (personnel and team development) and organisational level (strategy development and organisational transformation). The tools and methods are described for immediate use and are made practical by the digital toolbox.
