About the Author: John P. Retired from the United Methodist Publishing House, Gilbert currently pastors one small-membership church in rural Tennessee.<br /><br />Lynn H. Cohick, Ph.D., is Professor of New Testament studies at Wheaton College, Wheaton Illinois. She is the author of Immersion Bible Studies - Romans (2011)Women in the World of the Earliest Christians (2009); Philippians in the Story of God Commentary (2013); Ephesians in the New Covenant Commentary (2010), and she co-authored The New Testament in Antiquity (2009). Lynn is a member of Gary United Methodist Church, Wheaton Illinois.
