Immensee. Translated from the German of Theodore Storm by George P. Upton. Illustrated and Decorated by Margaret and Helen Maitland Armstrong. 1907. 8.75 x 6.5. Unpaginated. Hardcover decorative full cloth. In good condition, with light scuffing and wear to interior. Hinges remain in good condition with minimal shaking. Text block remains bound well, with light wear to middle. Includes a small assortment of color plates, along with various border and cover designs. Light markings. General age-related toning to pages, along with periodic foxing and wear. Please see photographs and ask any questions prior to purchasing. A scarce and nicely illustrated piece, containing artistic contributions from sisters Margaret Neilson Armstrong (1867-1944) and Helen Maitland Armstrong (1869-1948).
