G.G. The Jerusalem Publishing House Ltd. / Reader's Digest Association, Inc. 1986. Hardcover (no dust jacket). Large format. Whether or not this edition was issued with a dust jacket it stands alone without one - with striking navy blue covers and gilt titling on the front and spine. It is clean, with a sewn binding, and does not bear any evidence of use. A very detailed and comprehensive work. Profusely illustrated in color. A note on the print - it is a bit larger than normal, making the book easily readable. Includes a chronological table of the Biblical period. 1070 pages. Securely packed in a lidded box.
