Paperback. Have you ever thought about why some people are not at rest despite having everything in life? Why some others despite living frugally are more at peace? Are there ways to reduce the noise around us and do things that fulfill the purpose of our lives? If you are repeatedly bothered by such questions, your search ends here. This book is a panacea for self-evaluation, introspection, and taking charge of your life. This book will bring a fresh perspective into various aspects of your living. It will leave you with knowledge of the key areas you need to work on to reduce the noise in your life. The book is about a minimalistic approach to life and focusing on doing more with less. It talks about focusing on the meaningful things in your life and doing away with the things that you do not require or are in a way non-existent for you. It is about forming a relationship with the things we value and depend on. We must retain only things that allow us to live a meaningful and purposeful life. It does not expect you to be a miser and not spend, rather it persuades you to spend on the right and required things. Most importantly, this book will touch on gratitude and its importance. Being thankful for whatever we have got, is very important. We must abstain from accumulating stuff blindly because we can afford it, without realising whether we need it. This item is printed on demand. Shipping may be from our UK warehouse or from our Australian or US warehouses, depending on stock availability.…
