Paperback. A book for those who seek to find their inner strength and way in the world. For those, like many of us, who have encountered, unfathomable adversity and seek to overcome, if not defeat it. An innocent, Jon Myers found himself subjected to what he calls a Biblical level betrayal by his family of origin., For those, familiar with assaults by extreme narcissists, even psychopathic behavior, you will relate. Nominally centered around a divorce and his own children, the betrayal unfolded over a thirty-three-year period. It was uncanny how deranged and vengeful a group of people could act. Because Myers had deep, if undeveloped goals and inner strengths, he could not succumb to the assault. A book that can turn your life around. Unlike other approaches to self-help, Myers does not tell you what to do. Rather, he shows you what he did, with grace, humor, and determination, not to mention imperfections. Myers' true tale is not merely about his journey. With the notion that the degree of the challenge, provides an equal and opposite degree of opportunity, Myers was thrust into confronting gross inequities in American life, especially pertaining to divorce and family court. This provided an opportunity to take on, in a loving sense, the mindset of today's America.Through his own growth and evolution Myers provides ways forward for America and the world, with a shift in our mindset towards our basic goodness. More works are on the way. You will love to have the first book, in a remarkable story of changing our world for the better. You will feel better for having read this book, and better prepared to take on life's challenges. If you want to see the world a better place, start by reading this book, you will be delighted you did.
