Undated, circa 1830, owner presentation dated 1832. 90 pages, woodcut frontis plus nine woodcut illustrations in the text. Original three-quarter red leather binding, marbled paper-covered boards. An abridged account of George Keate's account of the wreck of the "Antelope" on Palau; the crew reached shore and were well treated by the natives, one of whom Prince Lee Boo accompanied them on their eventual return to England. Prince Lee Boo was a sensation, but died of smallpox after five months. Very good condition, light rubbing to the extremities but a nicely preserved copy. Seller Inventory # 022772
