About the Author: Peter Hinckley is the author of numerous books for kids and families. He lives in California with his wife and their family. Juliana Eigner was born in S¥o Paulo and currently lives in Ubatuba, a small coastal town in Brazil. Since graduating with a degree in design Juliana has experimented with many different types of art, including jewellery, ceramics, porcelain, collage, and painting. In 2006 she became enchanted by surface patterns and its countless applications. Over the years, she has expanded her research to illustration. Juliana is in love with and inspired by nature. When she had her daughter, her work naturally started to reflect childhood, through elements of colour and emotion. Nowadays, Juliana usually develops authorial work in both digital and manual art, ranging from clothes or chocolates to books or walls.
