You are effective. You are accomplished. And you are exhausted from being a different version of yourself in every room you walk into.
You have built a career. Led teams. Earned respect. But somewhere along the way, you started fragmenting. One version of yourself shows up in the boardroom. Another at church. Another at home. Another in the rare quiet moment when no one is watching.
The world has names for this. Professionalism. Emotional intelligence. Code switching. It has called it skill, strategy, and survival. But you know the truth: the cost is accumulating. And no amount of performance can resolve what is actually an identity crisis hiding beneath your accomplishments.
What if the goal was never to manage your fragments more efficiently? What if the goal was to become whole?
The I3 Leader offers a different path. It is not another leadership manual about doing more. It is a framework for becoming the same person everywhere.
Dr. Alicia Partee is a Fortune 500 technology executive turned licensed therapist and ordained minister. She has lived in the fragmentation she writes about. During her own season of profound personal unraveling while living abroad in Norway, she did not find a shortcut. She found a framework. And that framework has since helped leaders across industries move from performance to presence, from exhaustion to sustainable influence, from fragmentation to wholeness.
The I3 Framework is built on three integrated pillars:
Identity: Know who you are before the role assigns meaning to you. This is not self-help language. It is survival strategy for leaders who have let titles, titles, titles define them for too long.
Influence: Lead from conviction rather than approval. Discover what shifts when you stop performing for the room and start speaking from your actual center.
Integration: Show up whole without shrinking, without assimilating, and without leaving yourself behind. Learn what it looks like to be fully present in every context you occupy.
Inside these pages you will find the I3 Leadership Integration Snapshot assessment, reflection questions designed to move you from insight into action, and precise language for experiences you have been carrying without words, including role compression, capacity of the room, and lethal loyalty.
This book was written for women leaders who are tired of being told they are too much in one room and not enough in another. For multicultural professionals who have mastered the art of adaptation and quietly lost themselves in the process. For executives in transition who sense that the next chapter requires something more than a new strategy. For anyone who has ever performed their way through a season and arrived at the other side wondering who they actually are.
You do not have to choose between the boardroom and the sanctuary. Between ambition and authenticity. Between leading well and living whole.
The I3 Leader gives you the language for what you have been carrying and the framework for where you are going.
Your integration begins here.

Store description
We first started out as “The Paperback Exchange,” a chain of physical bookstores where we would part exchange your beloved books for new stories to transport you to faraway places. However, as shopping started to evolve to online shops and marketplaces, we bid our stores goodbye to become “PBShop.” This transition has only allowed us to blossom as we now ship thousands of titles to book lovers across the globe. We pride ourselves in being a community of local book lovers which allows our passion and devotion to shine in everything we do. In 2020 we not only celebrated our 20th birthday but our 1st birthday as being completely employee owned after becoming an E.O.T in September 2019. We are proud to be different and embrace standing apart on a book mountain by working from a virtual inventory which allows us to provide thousands of books that may be difficult to get for your bookshelf or your studies. Working with a number of different suppliers allows us to explore other avenues such as puzzles, sheet music and even stationery so we really do have something for everyone. Life is about being versatile in all realms of existence. If this is your first visit or you are a returning customer, we would like to welcome you to the PBShop family, for there is no friend as loyal as a book. We are a company who put our customers at the centre of everything we do as we understand the importance of reading because once you learn to read, you will forever be free. There are a whole lot of things in this world of ours that we are yet to explore, which is why we will forever inspire curious minds.…
