Paperback. "Hypnotic Minds" by Abdul Basit Qamar is an insightful and comprehensive guide to the world of hypnosis. Qamar, a psychologist, researcher, and author, draws on his extensive knowledge and experience to provide readers with an in-depth understanding of hypnosis. The book is structured around six key topics, each of which explores a different aspect of hypnosis and its many applications and benefits. Qamar begins by introducing the reader to the history and evolution of hypnosis and explains the various theories and models that have been developed to explain how it works. He then delves into the science of hypnosis, examining brain functions and consciousness, and how hypnosis can be used to influence behavior and cognition. Qamar provides detailed guidance on how to conduct hypnosis sessions, including how to set up a safe and comfortable environment, how to build rapport with clients, and how to tailor interventions to meet individual needs. Throughout the book, Qamar also discusses the many benefits of hypnosis, both for personal growth and healing. He draws on his own experiences working with clients to provide real-life examples of how hypnosis can be used to bring about lasting change. But perhaps most importantly, Qamar addresses some of the common fears and misconceptions surrounding hypnosis and offers practical advice for anyone interested in exploring this fascinating field. In "Hypnotic Minds," Qamar hopes to inspire readers to embrace the power of their minds and to recognize the incredible potential that lies within them. He aims to promote a deeper understanding of hypnosis and its many applications, helping to dispel some of the myths and misconceptions that continue to surround hypnosis. Whether readers are seasoned hypnotherapists, curious skeptics, or simply someone looking to learn more about hypnosis, Qamar believes they will find something of value in the pages of "Hypnotic Minds."
