Anxiety rarely begins with the situation itself. It begins with anticipation, interpretation and the stories the mind tells in the background. For many hypnotherapy clients, anxiety is maintained by patterns of overthinking, mental rehearsal, threat scanning and an overactive nervous system that struggles to switch off. While clients often know their fears are irrational, the subconscious patterns driving those reactions can remain firmly in place. This book provides hypnotherapists with practical, structured scripts designed to help clients regulate their nervous system, quiet persistent mental noise and build a stronger internal sense of safety. Each script follows a clear therapeutic structure that can be used directly in session or adapted to suit the individual client.Whether you are newly qualified or expanding your confidence working with anxiety presentations, these scripts are designed as practical working templates to support real clinical sessions.Inside this volume you will find scripts covering: Calming the Overactive Nervous SystemTurning Down OverthinkingCreating Space Between Trigger and ResponseReducing Catastrophic "What If" ThinkingRestoring Internal SafetyQuieting Persistent Background AnxietyReleasing Morning Anticipatory AnxietyManaging Work and Performance AnxietyBreaking the Reassurance Seeking LoopRebuilding Trust in Decision MakingDeactivating Panic EscalationFear of Losing ControlHealth Anxiety and Body Hyper FocusFear of Public PanicReducing Fear of JudgementReleasing Embarrassment Memory ImprintsSpeaking with Calm ConfidenceTolerating UncertaintyFrom Anxious Identity to Regulated IdentityLong Term Anxiety Integration SessionThis book forms part of the Hypnosis Scripts Collection, a series of practitioner focused script books designed to support real world hypnotherapy practice. Each volume explores a specific presentation and provides structured scripts that can be used immediately in session while allowing practitioners to develop their own flexible clinical style.
