nach der Bestellung gedruckt Neuware - Printed after ordering - Husbands On Approval is a comedic play written by William Mosher Blatt and first published in 1913. The play centers around the lives of two young women, Peggy and Molly, who are tired of the men in their lives and decide to take matters into their own hands. They come up with a plan to test the commitment of their suitors by proposing a trial marriage, where they will live together for a month before deciding whether or not to make it permanent. The men, Jack and Tom, are initially hesitant but eventually agree to the arrangement. However, things quickly become complicated as the women begin to realize that their suitors may not be as perfect as they had hoped. Peggy and Molly find themselves questioning whether they should follow through with the marriage or break it off completely. Throughout the play, the characters navigate the ups and downs of love and relationships, ultimately learning valuable lessons about themselves and each other. Husbands On Approval is a witty and entertaining look at the complexities of modern romance, and is sure to leave readers laughing and thinking about their own relationships. This scarce antiquarian book is a facsimile reprint of the old original and may contain some imperfections such as library marks and notations. Because we believe this work is culturally important, we have made it available as part of our commitment for protecting, preserving, and promoting the world's literature in affordable, high quality, modern editions, that are true to their original work.…
