Life is hard for Archie. It often seems like the world is out to get him. People are always telling him what to do. 'Eat your tea Archie!', 'Don't lick the bus stop Archie!', 'Stop putting Mummy's phone in the bin Archie!'And then one day his heart is shattered when he learns his parents are to replace him with a younger sibling - the utter bastards! The only comforts he finds are in his best friend Amelie who teaches him all the good swear words, and the sweet relief he gets from sinking his teeth into other people's limbs. From naked protests to dealing with other people looking at YOUR THINGS! This is a no-holds-barred account of life told through the eyes of Archie - a creatively stifled, modern day toddler.Sunday Times bestseller Hurrah for Gin has delighted fans with its honest, emotional and laugh-out-loud account of parenting. Brilliantly illustrated with Katie Kirby's unique stick man drawings and told in the same outrageously funny way, The Daily Struggles of Archie Adams, Aged 2 once again takes on the highs and lows of family life, this time it's one opinionated boy having his say. The book has been read, but is in excellent condition. Pages are intact and not marred by notes or highlighting. The spine remains undamaged. …

About the Author
My name is Katie and I live with my husband and two young sons by the sea In Brighton. I started blogging on a whim one night, probably under the influence of gin after a bad day. Through 'Hurrah For Gin' I try to give a real and humorous account of parenting young children - the happy, the sad, the good and the bad.

Store description
In 2002, World of Books Group was founded on an ethos to do good, protect the planet and support charities by enabling more goods to be reused. Since then, we've grown into to a global company pioneering the circular economy. Today, we drive the circular economy through three re-commerce brands: - Wob: Through Wob, we sell. We provide affordable, preloved books and media to customers all over the world. A book leaves our collection of over seven million titles and begins a new chapter every two seconds, enabling more goods to be reused. - Ziffit: Through Ziffit, we buy. We give people around the world the opportunity to contribute to the circular economy, earn money and protect the planet, by trading their unwanted books and media. - Shopiago: Through Shopiago, we help others. By sharing the technology that has grown World of Books Group into the business it is today, we’re helping charities increase revenue and reduce waste through re-commerce.…
