Third edition. 462pp, with numerous colour and monochrome plate illustrations. Green cloth-covered boards with gilt titles. 8vo. Corners and spine ends lightly bumped and text block edges slightly discoloured. Bookseller's ticket on front pastedown, previous owner's name on half-title page, otherwise interior is neat, clean, bright and tight. The aim of this book, a collections of papers and articles from a symposium, is to aid in recognition of the signs of nutritional deficiency in crop plants, and sets out some solutions and remedies, drawing on the expertise of both scientists and farmers.
