Was it an apple or some other fruit The devil as the serpent in the garden of Eden. The devil is never mentioned in the entire book of Genesis, yet many think of him as the serpent. The relationship between David and Jonathan in First and Second Samuel. The magi (or wise men) from Matthew chapter two.
