Synopsis:
This book conduct to extracted humic substances (HS) from different compost sources and biogas manure by two different methods. The humic substances were studied different properties ex. Total acidity, Carboxylic groups and Phenolic groups, atomic structure and IR absorption. Also, HS were applied to seeds germination % (Lepidium sativum and phaseolus vulgarus L. Bronco) and their effect on growth and yield of Phaseolus vulgarus L Bronco). In addition, their effect on root knot nematode (M. incognita) and some soil borne diseases (R. solani and F. solani).
