About the Author: David Andersen-Rodgers is an Associate Professor of Political Science and co-ordinator of the Peace and Conflict Resolution minor at California State University, Sacramento. He has worked in Washington D.C. as a researcher and Scoville Fellow at the Federation of American Scientists.
