Neuware - Human Drama Across the Curriculum is a bold educational initiative that changes the emphasis from facts to process, from ideas to thinking, from the results of peoples' lives to the lives themselves. It combines the fundamentals of systems thinking with the dramatic fabric of great accomplishment to yield a highly integrated approach to arrive at a deeper understanding of the true meaning of that accomplishment. Dr. Fletcher has brought a broad exposure to science, education and systematic thinking to bear on a fundamental challenge of all education--the infusion of meaning into the modern college preparatory and even college liberal arts curriculum. The study of biography becomes the driving engine for a deeper understanding of not only the specific achievements of great individuals but also the vital dramatic processes that led to those achievements.
