Sananda Das is Doctoral Research Scholar (PhD) at the Indian Institute of Management (IIM), Mumbai, India, working in the Operations and Supply Chain Management (O&SCM) domain. She completed her MSc. in Human Physiology Ergonomics Specialisation. Her research interests are Work-system design, Engineering Anthropometry, Biomechanics of human movement, Occupational ergonomics, Smart Retailing, Consumer Psychology, Digitalization in retailing, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, AR-VR Technology, and Artificial Intelligence. Currently, she is working on Digital Shopping Consumer Behaviour in retail for her thesis work.
Wasim Akram is Doctoral Research Fellow (PhD) in area of Operation and Supply chain Management at Indian Institute of Management Mumbai and his focused area is Ergonomics and Human Factor Engineering. He is working in the area of Operation and Supply Chain Management, Specialization in Human Factor Ergonomics. His Research Area is “Cognitive Ergonomics” and Thesis Topics- “Cognitive workload Measurement and its impact on Network Operation Centre (NOC) Operator”. He has experienced in teaching of Master’s Student in the area of Ergonomics, also expertise in Fieldwork management, Ergonomics Assessment, Occupational Safety, Ergonomics Tools and techniques handling Experimental work from ergonomics perspective.
Rauf Iqbal is Professor of Ergonomics and Human Factors Engineering at the Indian Institute of Management, Mumbai, India (formerly NITIE, India). He presently holds the position of Dean-Student Affairs at NITIE. His research interests are Work-system design, Engineering Anthropometry, Biomechanics of human movement, Occupational ergonomics, Supply Chain Management, and Safety management. He has published 125+ journal articles, edited books, and book chapters. He guided 12 PhD scholars. He is a member of various committees like the Foundation of Professional Ergonomics, USA, BRICS Plus Executive Committee for Human Factors and Ergonomics, the Ergonomics sectional committee for Bureau of Indian Standards, and the General Secretary of Indian Society of Ergonomics.
Vivek Khanzode is Professor at the Indian Institute of Management, Mumbai, India (formerly NITIE, Mumbai). He has completed his MTech and PhD from the Department of Industrial and Systems Engineering at the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT), Kharagpur. His research interests are lean manufacturing, manufacturing strategy, work system design, supply chain management, and simulation modeling. He has published over 40 articles in international journals like— IEEE Transactions on Engineering Management, Experts Systems with Applications, Safety Science, Rapid Prototyping Journal, Journal of Enterprise Information Management, Process Safety Progress, and Benchmarking.

Statutory right to withdraw
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period will expire after 14 days from the day on which you acquire, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires, physical possession of the last good or the last lot or piece.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, electronically fill in and submit a clear statement on our website, under "My Purchases" in "My Account". We will communicate to you an acknowledgement of receipt of such a withdrawal on a durable medium (e.g. by e-mail) without delay.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
Effects of withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (except for the supplementary costs arising if you chose a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us).
We may make a deduction from the reimbursement for loss in value of any goods supplied, if the loss is the result of unnecessary handling by you.
We will make the reimbursement without undue delay, and not later than 14 days after the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract.
We will make the reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.
We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back, or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.
