The Human Algorithm: Blending Wellness, Imagination, and Bonds in a Tech-Driven Era is a thought-provoking exploration of how we can remain deeply human in a world increasingly shaped by machines. Through seventeen rich chapters, the book invites readers to reclaim wellness beyond metrics, nurture imagination as resistance, and preserve authentic bonds in the age of screens. It challenges the myth of efficiency, redefines love and community in digital landscapes, and insists on ethics as the compass of innovation.
This is not a rejection of technology but a reimagining of its role: a call to craft a "human algorithm" that blends body, soul, creativity, and connection. Written in a reflective, human-centered style, the book offers wisdom for anyone seeking balance, meaning, and authenticity in a tech-driven era. Whether you are a professional navigating digital overload, a creative searching for inspiration, or a seeker longing for deeper bonds, this book is a guide to living fully and intentionally in modern times.
