Seventeenth edition, corrected and revised by Christopher Schnebbellie. 8vo. pp 448 + 16p index. With the supplement and index bound in at the back. 12 plates, including frontispiece, two of which are folding. One of folding plates split along one joint, others well foxed. Rebound in calf with later spine and black morocco label titled in gilt. Frontispiece, browned around the margins. Decent copy of this early treatise on home cookery, table setting, management of servants and kicthen garden, etc.
