Jake Reynolds is Certified Public Accountant and Certified Fraud Examiner. He receives a call on the fraud hotline. Someone is collecting disability payments from one company and working construction for another. It doesn’t seem right. He receives another tip about possible irregularities at Hercules Junior High. One of the Pilot’s baseball players reviews the quarterly statement received from his investment advisor. It doesn’t look right. Could it be sloppy paperwork, or should the investment advisor firm’s name be EF Nothin? What is going on with powdered sugar? Will Jake ever get a second date?

Sheila Behn is a graduate of University of Illinois – Chicago with a degree in Accounting and attended the University of Chicago Graduate program. She currently lives in Oak Brook, Il. Keith Corey is a graduate of Northern Illinois University with a degree in Accounting and of San Diego State University with a Master’s in Business Administration. He currently lives in Arlington Heights, Il. This is their third novel.
