The body, every structure function healthy, diseased has a material, gaseous, fiery, liquid and or solid nature, energetic (transforms, transports, heats, cools, holds, destroys) that is created, increased, decreased, preserved, corrupted or destroyed by elements (air, fire, water, minerals), nutrients (building, cleansing) and poisons via diet, exercise, sex, sun, earth, etc. Controlling the material and energetic nature of the body via diet (food, herbs), exercise and spiritual practice is the science and combined natural healing practices of Naturopathy, Chinese Medicine and Ayurveda (India) that maintain health, prevent and cure most disease.
EVERYTHING body, sun, earth, ice, viruses, all matter (energy) is made up of elements → CHANGES → ongoing product of cause and effect → builds up, breaks down, lives, dies, turns into its opposite via time or interaction with other matter. Nothing stays the same. The body (health, disease) → better, worse. Most bodily chanjges, causes, effects can be controlled, changed for the better.
Most disease can have multiple causes (#1, 2). Poor diet (too much, too little buildiing, cleansing, heating, cooling, overeating, late meals, alochol, sugar, etc.) tends to dominate. The body is largely built, fueled, poisoned, etc by food. Many people eat poorly. Most diet related diseases, depending on severity have been cured via correct diet (animal, plant foods, herbs) which is why I and others (many of whom I counseled) were also able to change, CURE:
- GIRD, heartburn, stomach flu, body odor, eczema
- Anal fissure, Irritable Bowel Syndrome, common cold
- Crohn's Disease, anemia, miscarriage, impotence
- Atherosclerosis, high blood pressure, angina, obesity
- Psoriasis, rashes, tumors, cancer (breast, pancreas)
- Insomnia, yeast, bladder infection, anxiety, sinusitis
- Plantar Fasciitis, arthritis, neuralgia, edema, cellulite
- Back pain, Attention Deficit Disorder, poor vision
Correct diet varies as many diseases (arthritis, insomnia, PMS, dysmenorrhea, infertility, impotence, GIRD, bladder infections, etc,) can have multiple dietary causes. The same foods, herbs that helps cure one disease may worsen another
