Two volumes. Printed in Great Britain by Henry Stone and Son, Banbury. Seven-page stapled booklet of instructions, black mask, and 100 sheets each different hues and four swatches on each sheet of variable lightness (color intensity). All contained in a folded cloth-covered portfolio and cloth slipcase. The second volume, published in 1939, contains an additional 100 sheets consisting of 34 (lighter) tints, 28 (darker) shades and 38 greyed hues. All color sheets are a bit curled at the long sides else near-fine condition, the explanatory books show some foxing, portfolios and slipcases are edge-worn with minor foxing.
