Thirteen masters of modern horror. Thirteen terrifying novelettes. One essential anthology.
Journey into haunted swamps where forgotten legends still hunt. Follow a disgraced explorer into the heart of the Amazon in search of an ancient god. Walk an endless highway where guilt can never be outrun, and uncover the gruesome secret behind a beloved small-town burger chain.
Witness the collapse of reality as online fame turns into obsession, the dead refuse to stay buried, grief gives birth to unimaginable horrors, and love reveals its most grotesque form. Travel to the last surviving Martian ecosystem, survive a dying world where hope comes at a terrible cost, and confront a cosmic infection spreading from the very sun itself.
Featuring novelettes from seasoned horror authors Ronald Kelly, Graham Masterton, Brian Hodge, Mark Morris, Jeffrey Thomas, Gord Rollo, Elizabeth Massie, William Meikle, John Everson, Stephen Mark Rainey, Brian Moreland, Ryan Colley, and Josh Davis, this volume showcases everything from psychological terror and supernatural horror to creature features, cosmic dread, dark science fiction, and relentless suspense.
Whether you're a lifelong horror fan or discovering these masters of the macabre for the first time, The Horror Collection Special Edition delivers thirteen chilling stories that will stay with you long after you've turned the final page.
