No date, no author, 18 pages, stapled illustrated paper wraps, 10 by 5 . Obscure, likely one-of-a-kind privately published pamphlet of Hopi Indian designs in an Art Deco idiom, entirely done in gouache, including the cover, and on fine paper with deckled edges. Vertical artwork to both inside and outside front and back covers, with ten vertical vignettes in the interior, showing Indian scenes with decorative borders. Beautifully executed with vibrant color. The only American Indian item I ve come across with Art Deco styling. There are shades of the artwork of Jack Hokeah, but this is much more delicate and stylized.
