My Hope Story, Volume 4 is a raw and honest book filled with true stories from women who have walked through the hardest seasons of life and found God waiting on the other side. From addiction to abuse, abortion, the death of a spouse, the loss of a child, or a custody battle that stole years, these women don't skip the pain to get to the point. They tell you what it cost, and then they tell you what God did with it.
Their stories remind us that healing rarely looks like we expect. Sometimes it looks like forgiving the person who hurt you most while other times it looks like a mother writing letters to a son who hasn't come home yet. Sometimes it looks like simply getting out of bed the next morning.
Through each story, you'll be invited to:
- Forgive freely: See how releasing someone who hurt you can be the very thing that sets you free.
- Stand in weakness: Discover that God's strength shows up most clearly when you have nothing left to give.
- Mourn into meaning: Witness how grief, given time and grace, can become a calling.
- Find your identity in Him: Be reminded that who you are was never about what you do or what you've lost. It's about whose you are.
Inside, you'll encounter the heartfelt voices of Karen Bartlett, Anne Bernier, Linda S. Bohn, Elizabeth Clark, Jessica Heck, Lacey Hicks, Jennifer Mattern Johnson, Kimberly McKellar Miller, and Christy Sharp. Together, their words form a chorus of courage and faith, an offering of light for anyone who needs to be reminded that God is still at work, even in the places that feel too broken to redeem.
Your story matters.
Let these pages remind you that even here, even now, hope lives on.
