Dr. Jantz discusses several strategies for reframing our blunders, including: resolving to move forward, not backwards coming clean about our mistakes forgiving ourselves avoiding self-sabotaging behavior The ultimate antidote to failure, Jantz concludes, is the rich gift of God's grace.
