Skipper Carrillo, "Mr. Home Run Day" was born prematurely and grew up developmentally disabled. But he had a unique ability to express his spirit with his avid love of baseball. In 1987 Laguna Beach High School named their baseball field for him. As the man who coined the slogan "Have a Home Run Day" Skipper spreads his positive message wherever he goes.
