A Well-Maintained Home Starts With Remembering What Needs Doing.
When was the boiler last serviced? Which paint did you use in the bedroom? When should the HVAC filter be checked again? And what was the name of that tradesperson you'd actually hire a second time?
Home Maintenance Log Book gives homeowners one convenient place to keep track of the little-and not-so-little-jobs that help keep a home running smoothly.
Stay Ahead of Seasonal Maintenance
Instead of waiting for something to go wrong, use the built-in seasonal checklists to stay on top of important household tasks throughout spring, summer, autumn and winter.
Track everything from gutters, roof checks and AC servicing to decks, lawns, boilers, chimneys, pipes, smoke alarms, radiators and frost protection.
Build a Useful History of Your Home
Record maintenance and repair work along with who completed it, what it cost, warranty information, when it is next due and any important notes.
Dedicated sections also help you remember paint colours and brands, HVAC and alarm servicing, and the contact details of trusted tradespeople.
