1923 Antique Family Leather Bible Bowman Hammons Paulding Co OH Genealogy Records w/clip Measures: (8" x 5.5" x 2") Photos include a representative page of the handwritten family records. Genealogy details across all 5 handwritten pages are complete for the buyer. The newspaper clippings were found in the Bible. I understand that names like "Hammond" and "Hammons" can be from the same family. 4 page Register of "Parent's Names"(2 - DOBs, DOM/Paulding County, OH), "Children's Names/Grandchildren" (4 - 3 DOBs), "Marriages" (provided), "Deaths (3 - DODs)" and the "Presented" page at the beginning (4). Handwriting seems to be the same person except the lower entry on the Marriages page. [numbers indicate how many people's handwritten names] Most names are full names, first and last. A few occurrences of first name only - example 2/4 in "Presented". Effie May Bowman is listed on the Children's page. Good condition. Solid binding, clean/unmarked pages. Wear at the top and bottom of the spine, more significant at the bottom. At the bottom, fair amount of fraying/"roll up". You can see the binding, but it seems undisturbed. Flipping through pages, turning sections is fine. Nice copy. The Bible is undated. A good estimate for the publication date is the date of presentation (handwritten - 1923). Index tabs to the books of the Bible. Please use pics for condition details. Thank you. Ships by USPS Media Mail.…
