( see seller s images for condition overall ) note see photo of print page, the inner edge of which is not quite free, blemish and inscription free. Card Covers. Condition: Near Fine. First Edition. 90 pages. This is the first published history of the Royal County Down Golf Club. The author writes his recollections of 46-years as a member. Henderson was born the year of the club's founding, and his father presided over the first council meeting of the club. Henderson also edited The Irish Golfing Guide for 1915 and 1916. Despite its rather recent vintage, this is a difficult title to obtain and only published in this wrappers edition. In the original scarlet card covers with black lettering, no stains or damage. Binding tight, spine complete, no former owner name or bookplate. Contents in fine condition, bright white pages. Covers protected in mylar. Size: 12mo - over 6¾" - 7¾" tall.
