Some light surface rubbing, particularly on the rear board. Cloth starting to fray in a couple spots on the rear board. Front hinge just cracked after front flyleaf. Page edges age-darkened. First couple pages a bit age-toned. Previous owner name, (Eau Claire) address inked on the verso of the first blank. Also an erasure on the first blank. Still, a better copy of this title than normally seen.
