The book is bound in green cloth with title, author and design stamped in gilt on the front cover and spine. The binding is shaken, cracked at p.150 but the text block is sound. Foxing on the endpapers. Name of the previous owner Chester Godfrey, prominent Boston architect with offices on Copley Square in the early 1900's, on the first free endpaper.
