nach der Bestellung gedruckt Neuware - Printed after ordering - Historical and Descriptive Poems is a collection of poems written by Joshua Lax and published in 1884. The book is a compilation of various poems that describe historical events and places, as well as explores different themes and emotions. The poems in this collection cover a wide range of topics, including war, love, nature, and religion. Some of the poems are based on real-life events, such as the battle of Waterloo and the sinking of the Titanic, while others are more abstract and focus on the human experience. Lax's writing style is characterized by its vivid imagery and descriptive language, which bring the poems to life and make them easy to visualize. The poems are also notable for their use of rhyme and meter, which give them a musical quality and make them enjoyable to read aloud. Overall, Historical and Descriptive Poems is a fascinating collection of poems that offers a glimpse into the past and explores a variety of themes and emotions. It is a must-read for anyone interested in poetry, history, or literature. This scarce antiquarian book is a facsimile reprint of the old original and may contain some imperfections such as library marks and notations. Because we believe this work is culturally important, we have made it available as part of our commitment for protecting, preserving, and promoting the world's literature in affordable, high quality, modern editions, that are true to their original work.…
