Tall 4to. iv, 16 pp. 22 lithographic, tinted, plates (each plate with 2-8 images each); plate V with trail marks at bottom edge, sewing is loosening, occasional spotting, lower margin waterstained pls. 16-22. Original full publisher's green blind- and gilt-stamped cloth; some watermarks on the covers, spine ends showing wear. Good. The new edition contains 2 additional plates over the 1838 Ackermann edition.
