About this Item
Slip broadside, 14½ x 5 inches; printed on thin paper with a single horizontal fold, mounted on an old album sheet but in nice condition. The poem begins "Now you neighbours and friends if you listen to me," and continues We have corn we have cattle we have pastures and fields And such crops as no country but England can yield. Yet with all this abundance one half of the nation To speak at the least are in a state of Starvation. . . . Apparently both an unrecorded broadside and an unrecorded text. Seller Inventory # 13502
