Synopsis After having deeply analyzed, from a thousand manuscripts, the principles on which all major systems were founded, I've described a set of easy exercises. Without any exaggeration, it is the finest of the Himalayan Kriya Yoga principles, Hatha yoga, the Bhakti Yoga, the Chakradharana, the Science of Vowels, the Mantra Science, and the Dhyana Yoga, along with the Yoga of Action, all into one system, described in a thousand words. And within the system is also the power and the science of the ancient whirling dervishes. Try the easy exercises for a few days, and you will feel the effect an ancient system of yoga had on the aspirant. It brightens your body and mind, and It enables the fastest spiritual progress.
