Tired of endless mental chatter, overthinking, and anxiety stealing your peace? In Hidden Unknown Truth, Scott Enman reveals the hidden space between your thoughts—where true calm, awareness, energy, and presence live.
Imagine this: you're lying awake at 2 AM. Your body is exhausted, but your mind keeps replaying regrets, worries, and endless what ifs. Then one simple breath shifts everything—into stillness. That moment isn't accidental. It's the doorway this book teaches you to return to.
Blending ancient meditation wisdom with modern mindfulness and cognitive practices, this practical guide shows you how to step out of unconscious thinking and live with clarity—even in a busy, demanding life.
In just 10 mindful minutes a day, you'll learn how to:
- Quiet mental chatter and stop overthinking in the moment
- Access the power between thoughts to find calm instantly
- Release emotional weight through forgiveness and awareness
- Build emotional intelligence and deepen self-awareness
- Transform anxiety into grounded energy and inner clarity
This book isn't about adopting beliefs or escaping reality. It's about seeing clearly—and from that clarity, living consciously instead of being controlled by your mind.
Whether you're new to meditation or ready to deepen your practice, Hidden Unknown Truth helps you reconnect mind, body, and awareness through simple, guided exercises you can use anytime, anywhere.
