First Edition. Minor rubbing (commonly visible on black-colored dutjackets), elsewise a bright, clean, tight copy sans other flaws. "Welcome to the world of disjunctions: breaches in therapy or analysis when therapist and patient miss and confuse each other or are deflected from their goal because they collude in minimizing their differences. Disjunctions are points of inevitable asymmetry - and inestimable opportunities. The thesis of this book is that recognizing and utilizing disjunctions furthers the therapeutic process by resolving stalemate and fostering progress." 212 pages. GN12.
