Neuware - As we journey through life, we often encounter delays, road blocks, rough roads, detours, etc. These can be frustrating, leading to long times of waiting. Some are short, like traffic lights, standing in line or being put on hold, while others are long - more like seasons. Some are very difficult and trying, especially when enduring hardship. Regardless, God has a plan and purpose. And if you let Him, He will do great things in and through you while you wait and because you waited upon Him! Throughout the Bible there are many who had to endure long periods of waiting: days, months and even years! God had a unique and wonderful plan and purpose for each one. Whether He has you on a short-term plan or many year-plan of waiting, so He does for you! Included is a forty-day devotional. If you are in a season of waiting or know someone who is, this will provide daily encouragement regarding what to do in the midst of waiting and how to make the most of it, while by faith anticipating what is to come. This book provides helpful insights and applications that will encourage you when you find yourself in seasons of waiting upon the Lord. Included at the end of each chapter are questions for discussion and personal reflection - useful for small groups or personal study. The book also contains stories, illustrating what God has done in the lives of others, and therefore, what He can do in and through you! God has great things in store for you. The rewards of waiting are worth it, for He is worth the wait.…
