Hereditas Antiquarium

The Hereditas Antiquarium opened its doors in one of the oldest and most beautiful buildings of Pest, the former Schaffer House. After spending more than a quarter-century managing the Központi Antikvárium (Central Antiquarium), we continue our work in a new place, in a new form, with our customary professionalism, and we appreciate the help of all those who support us through this new chapter. ​ Hereditas is our Heritage. A legacy that we have received, protect, and carry on. ​ By developing the stock of our store and the themes of our auctions, we try to satisfy the collectors demands and take part in enriching their collections. We are grateful for the trust of our partners and are proud that our customers often rely on our expertise and seek our advice before purchasing a work of art. We hope that we will be able to convince our new clients that our name is a guarantee of outstanding quality. In our small, cosy shop, we welcome our customers with genuine specialities and rarities, even with a delicious coffee, tea, or glass of wine.
